[Organize] image galleries

there is a new link to image galleries on the august6.org start page.  
i started to upload a few images from pittsburgh. hopefully other  
folks in other cities have images to upload, too.

to upload an image, simply click "add image" on the main menu. you do  
not need to create an account (but if you have the wherewithal please  
do create an account, or log in if you already have one, since then  
you will able to edit your post after you've published, if you need to).

when adding an image please select a site from the image galleries  
drop-down menu. choose "other" if you don't see you're location and  
let me that you want your particular location to be added to the menu.
