[Organize] bechtel under siege; have a debrief call sooner?

so judging by the experiences in oak ridge, sf and pittsburgh this  
week, it appears that bechtel goes into "siege mode" every time  
they're targeted for civil disobedience. take note.

meanwhile, in boston, the MA governor continued his criticisms of  
bechtel's lack of safety oversight

how about having a brief debrief conf call sooner - i think it would  
be good to announce the national campaign asap, while there's some  
attention on what we did this week.
